Mr. Harold "Wayne" Cary, 85, of Bruceton, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019, at the Life Care Center of Bruceton-Hollow Rock.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the New Prospect Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Cary was born April 19, 1933 in Carroll County, Tennessee, to the late Felix Cary and Hester Melton Cary.  He was a truck driver for Ace Trucking Company and a member of Humbles Missionary Baptist Church.  He was also preceded in death by one sister, Ethlene Bush and two brothers, Charles Cary and James Cary.

He was survived by his wife, Herma Morine Cary, three daughters, Patricia Sabo (Phillip) of Oak Lawn, Illinois, Melissa Masterson (Conrad) of Burbank, Illinois, Kim Ostrander (Michael) of Westmont, Illinois, two sons, Larry Cary (Lynn) of Chicago Ridge, Illinois, and Kenneth Cary of Worth, Illinois.  He also leaves nine grandchildren, Kevin Sabo, Janine Cary, Laura Taylor, Jason Sabo, Amy Obrien, Kelli Bautista, Brian Masterson, Matthew Morgan, Michael Ostrander, eight great grandchildren, Maura, Haley, Finley, Mia, Madison, Alex, Carter, and Cole.
