Mrs. Hattie Sue Crossett, 73, of Bruceton, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Liberty All Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday after 4:00 PM and on Friday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Crossett was born May 30, 1944 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Henry McKinley Boyd and Hattie Lee (Brackins) Boyd. She was a retired Department Manager for the Wal-Mart Corporation and was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church in Camden. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Crossett, a son, Robert Joe Crossett; a sister, Alice Knuutila; five brothers, Clarence Tyler Boyd, Lindell Boyd, Howard Leon Boyd, Alton McKinley Boyd, and Bendell Ray Boyd.

She is survived by three daughters, Carol Sue Duke (husband Russell) of Lakeland, Christi Michelle White (husband Lynn) of Humboldt, and Kelly Renea Crossett of Huntingdon; three sisters, Jo Helen Noel of Huntingdon, Minnie Hollowell of Westport, and Jean Sanders of Lexington; one brother, Wendell Boyd (Charlie Mae) of Westport. She also leaves four grandchildren, Kevin Crossett, Steven Crossett, Sara Duke, and Emma Duke and five great grandchildren, Zhaydyn Crossett, Karsyn Crossett, Declan Crossett, Natalia Crosstt, and Devalvin Yarbrough
