Mrs. Helen Elizabeth Lewelling, 82 of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020 at Life Care Center in Bruceton, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Carroll Memorial Gardens in McKenzie with Bro. Billy Ringold officiating the service.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 PM until time of services.

Pallbearers who served were Thomas Luther, Walter Butler, Jonathan Glass, Chase Sanders, Charlie Powell and Jimmy Hampton.

Mrs. Lewelling was born October 17, 1937 in Camden, Tennessee to the late Fred Walker and Ida Berry Walker Charles. She was a retired deputy trustee for Carroll County after 38 years of service and was a member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ivy Eugene Lewelling and a brother, Hildon Walker.

She is survived by one son, Greg Lewelling of Huntingdon, two granddaughters, Jennifer Lynn Glass (Jonathan) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Katie Elizabeth Sanders (Chase) of Huntingdon. She also leaves one great granddaughter Eliana Glass.
