Bro. Lonnie Hollingsworth, 58, of Bruceton, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 1:00 PM with Bro. Steve Bradford officiating. Interment will follow Prospect Cemetery in Camden.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Hollingsworth was born March 1, 1968 to James Larry Hollingsworth and Tonia Lankford. He was a devoted minister for the Church of God of Prophecy. He was preceded in death by his father, James Hollingsworth.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Cheri Hollingsworth, three daughters, Aubrey Corder (Kaden) of Bruceton, Natalie Perry (Brandon) of New Johnsonville, and Jessica Perry of Bruceton. A son, Bradley Perry of Bruceton, his mother, Tonia Hollingsworth of Bruceton, a sister, Tammy Douglas (Steve) of Bruceton. Three nieces Jade Newton (Justin), Rachel Garcia (David), and Kayce Wortham (Hunter). He is also survived by four grandchildren, Elliana, Emma, Balee, and Braven.
