Mr. James Richard Johnson, 64, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery. Yvonne Griffin will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until time of service.
Mr. Johnson was born June 16, 1953 in Cavite, Philippines to the late Edward Everett and Ruth Elizabeth (White) Johnson. He was a Self Employed Truck Driver and served in the Army National Guard. He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jennie Michelle Hartsfield.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Barbara Johnson; a daughter, Ruth Ann Johnson and a son, Ricky Wayne Johnson both of McKenzie. He also leaves eight grandchildren, Madison Renee Boyd, Allana Kaye Johnson, Elizabeth Nicole Johnson, William Donnie Boyd, James Robert Brumley, Angela Renee Hartsfield, Jonathan Michael Hartsfield, and Sydney Fait Johnson.
