Mr. James Michael "Mike" McCarty, 78 of Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home.

Mr. McCarty was born November 8, 1944 to the late James Clifford and Evelyn (Stout) McCarty. He was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Frances McCarty.

He is survived by a daughter Holli McCarty of Huntingdon, two sons, Seth McCarty (Christy) and James "Will" McCarty, and a grandson Taylor McCarty
