Mr. James Howard "Jim" Reed, 96, of Cleveland Ohio, formerly of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024 at his home in Cleveland, Ohio.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Interment to follow in Barr Springs Cemetery

Mr. Reed was born on August 16, 1927, in Huntingdon, to the late James Washington and Nola Jane McDowell Reed. He worked in production at General Motors for 33 years.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Wanda G. Maddron Reed, a brother, John E. Reed, and a sister, Margaret Blinkley.

He is survived by his daughter, Peggy Reed, his son Timothy Reed, both of Cleveland, Ohio, a sister, Sue Blankenship, of Huntingdon, two grandchildren, Danelle Harris, Jeffrey Harris II, and a great grandchild, Zayden Bizzell.
