Ms. Jana Blackwell, 62, of Jackson, Tennessee passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024 at her home.

A memorial visitation will be held at Chase Funeral Home on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be directed to: St. Jude Children's Hospital

Ms. Blackwell was born September 5, 1961 in Lansing, Michigan to the late Ernest Bond and Greta (Perry) Bond. She spent the majority of her nursing career taking care of children in the intensive care unit. Towards the end of her career spanning well over four decades, she ended her career serving as a nurse for Baptist Hospice.

She is survived by her sons, Timothy Bond (Rachel), Jacob Blackwell, Grandsons, Dean and Ford Bond, partner, Tony Blackwell and brothers Perry (Mary) and Jay (Connie) Bond.
