Mr. Jeffrey Lynn Carroll, 45 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, November 05, 2012 at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Bro. Wayne Burton will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to:

Mr. Carroll was born February 1, 1967 in Carroll County, Tennessee. He was a self employed carpet layer. He was preceded in death by his father; Connie Gene Carroll.
He is survived by his mother; Ruby Meggs (husband Bobby), two brothers; Bobby Carroll (wife Kim) and Jerry Carroll all of Huntingdon
