Mrs. Jennie Sue Simpson, 68 of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at a Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Bro. Eugene Lambert and Rev. Rick Britton will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherry Wood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Simpson was born April 18, 1944 in Lavinia, Tennessee to the late William Romie and Maudie (McAlexander) Smith. She was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and a retired office manager for Wellington Home Products. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Simpson.

She is survived by two daughters, April Simpson of Anitoch, Lisa Haywood of Huntingdon, three sons, Bruce Herrin of Mansfield, Shane Simpson, Lane Simpson both of Antioch, and one sister, Ruth Ann Scott of Bruceton. She also leaves nine grandchildren, Bethany Helton, Jennifer Allgood, Meagan Herrin, Justin Haywood, Joshua Haywood, Madison Haywood, Quenton Brightwell, Kayla Simpson, and Skylar Simpson.
