Jerry Lewis Melton's Obituary
Mr. Jerry Lewis Melton, 56, of Wildersville, Tennessee passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Hopewell Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Friday at the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church from 11:00 AM until time of service.
Mr. Melton was born March 3, 1959 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late Nell Elizabeth Melton.
He leaves to mourn his loving wife, Geneva Melton of Wildersville; sister, Lee Helen Weathers of Wildersville; aunt, Rosie Rivers of Wildersville; three brother in laws, Richard (Linda) Adkisson, Casey (Jackie) Askisson of Milan, and Chester Adkisson of Trezevant; seven sister in laws, Frankie (Grady) Jones of Atwood, Marie (Michael) Dalton of Nashville, Marcie Adkisson, Ann Adkisson, Bonnie Adkisson of Trezevant, Josie Melton of Huntingdon, TN, and Rena Melton of Lexington, and a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives.
