Mr. Jim Cook,83 of Lexington passed away Saturday, November 15,2025 at his home.
Memorial Services will be conducted on Saturday, November 29th, 2025. Visitation is at 1:00 PM until service at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Lexington Tn.
Mr. Cook was born on February 13,1942 in Columbus, Ga to the late Otis and Louis (Mathis)Cook. He retired from working at a papermill and was an equipment operator. He was a die hard Alabama fan and he enjoyed golf, woodworking and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Karen Cook, a son Carl Cook (Wanda)of Savannah, Georgia, a stepson Shane Spears of New Johnsonville, three step daughters, Kara Flippin (Chris) of Huntingdon, Heather Dieckmeyer (Brian)of Henderson, and Tessa Page (Brian) of McKenzie. He also leaves 10 step grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
