Joel Edward Gordon's Obituary
Mr. Joel Edward Gordon, 56 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the Jackson Madison County Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Humbles Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 AM until time of service.
Mr. Gordon was born June 29, 1955 in Carroll County, Tennessee to Matheolia Gordon and Willie Sue (Hampton) Gordon. He was a factory worker for Nestaway Company and served in the National Guard for 27 years. He was preceded in death by his father; Matheolia Gordon and a brother; Kenneth Hampton.
He is survived by his mother; Willie Sue Gordon of Huntingdon, four daughters; Tanya Choyce of Riverview, Florida, Christie Gordon of Huntingdon, Netisha Gordon of McKenzie, Sharee Gordon of Martin, one son; Nicholas Gordon, one step son; Ricky Butler and one brother; Michael Gordon all of Huntingdon. He also leaves 12 grandchildren.
