John Edwin Douglas' Obituary
Mr. John Edwin Douglas 75, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Clarksburg Cemetery. Bro. Bryan Oaks will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
Mr. Douglas was born April 25, 1939 in Clarksburg, Tennessee. He was the owner of Electric Motors, a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and served in the National Guard. He was also preceded in by a brother, Gaylon Douglas.
He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Jackie Douglas; three sisters, Shirley Baker, Dorothy Halter, and Vonell Smith all of Clarksburg and one brother, Sidney Douglas of Huntsville, Alabama.
