Mr. John Conrad Spain, 69, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Obion Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Dan Winkler will officiate the service

The family will receive friends in the Oak Wood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday after 10:00 AM and on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Spain was born August 29, 1946 in Milan, Tennessee to the late John Vascar and Susan Biggert Spain. He was a member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ, a retired technician for Owens Corning, Employee at Advanced Auto Parts, served in the Air Force in the Vietnam Era, Volunteer Fireman for Carroll County and Huntingdon.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Joyce Spain, three sons, John Matthew Spain (wife Stacie) of Cordova, Timothy Joseph Spain (wife Lindsey) of Lexington, Adam William Spain (wife Sara) of Huntingdon, and one brother, Terry Spain (wife Sandra) both of Huntingdon. He also leaves four grandchildren, Brooke Spain, Blake Spain, Esther Spain, and Abel Spain.
