Mr. John Leonard Titchen, Jr 82, of Huntingdon, TN passed away October 10, 2013 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Bro. Lloyd Rich will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Jeff Titchen, Jay Titchen, Joseph Titchen, Don Rich, Chris Rich and Clay rich.

Mr. Titchen was born October 2, 1931 in Weymouth, Massachusetts to the late John Titchen and Lillian (Bayless) Titchen. He was a retired Tool & Dye Maker for the Plumbley Rubber Company and Dana Company; he served in the United States Air Forces and supported the Oak Grove Congregational Methodist Church. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Leona Ake.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Thelma (Rich) Titchen, two sons, Jay Titchen (wife Jan) and Jeff Titchen (wife JoAnn) both of St. Louis, Missouri; one brother Richard Titchen of Sinclair, Texas. He also leaves two grandchildren, Joseph Titchen, Michael Titchen and two great grandchildren, Denver and Joseph Titchen.
