Mrs. Johnie B. Kelly, 97, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor John Baker officiating.  Interment will follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Sunday at the Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church from 1:00 PM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Jim Gentry, Ben Kelly, Freddie Gentry, Clinton Gentry, Prentiss McMinn, and Harold Powers.

Mrs. Kelly was born May 25, 1925 in Cedar Grove, Tennessee, to the late Uris Franklin and Martha Ophelia (Montgomery) Woodard.  She worked as a sales representative for Harris Pine Mills and was a member of Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church.  Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Martin Ray Kelly five sisters, Opal Nell, Ruth, Edith, and Lucille.

She is survived by her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, Joan, Shelva, Cathy, Sam, Jim, Donna, Ben, Beverly, Dawnell, Kelly-Anne, Shauna, Debbie, Freddie, Clinton, Trina, Tonya, Chuck, Mike, Connie, and Erin.
