Mr. Johnny Bartholomew, 73 of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Bromley and Bro. Phillip Halter officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Don Bartholomew, Shamus Bartholomew, Bruce Bartholomew, Bendell Bartholomew, Teddy Bartholomew and Dale Bartholomew.

Honorary pallbearers who will serve are Roger Bartholomew, Neal Bartholomew, Kenneth Halters and Kyle Halters.

Mr. Bartholomew was born November 8, 1948 in Huntingdon to the late John Maxwell Bartholomew and Ray Nell (Richardson) Bartholomew. He was a retired electrician for DuPont and a member of Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by a daughter, April Carrington (Brandon) of Parsons, a brother, James Sidney Bartholomew (Wanda) of Clarksburg, a nephew, Shamus Bartholomew (Dee) of Cedar Grove and three grandchildren, Jacob Allen, Jase Allen and AnnaBelle Carrington.
