Mr. Jonathan Halbert Clark 32, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the Henderson County Community Hospital in Lexington from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Yuma.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Mr. Clark was born April 2, 1982 in Huntingdon, Tennessee and he worked for Carlisle Tire.

He is survived by his wife, Gwen Clark; his parents, Halbert and Teresa Clark all of Cedar Grove; one daughter, Jayla Clark; one son, Jakobe Clark; two sisters, Christy Thomas(husband Aloysius) of Lexington and April Clark of Cedar Grove, and his maternal grandmother, Virgie Mae Phelps of Yuma.
