Mr. Jonathon Taylor Moore, 19 of Cedar Grove, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 from injuries he received in an accident in Louisville, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Spain Cemetery. Bro. Dwayne Brown will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherry Wood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM til 9:00 PM and on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Christopher Cutts, William Moore, Skyler Hays, Brandon True, Greg Smith, and Steven Maness. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh Blankenship, Nate Nunnery, Jerry Maness, and Blake Garner.

Mr. Moore was born June 15, 1995 in Jackson, Tennessee. He worked for Josh LeFevre Construction Company, LLC and was a member of the Tennessee National Guard. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Terry and Sue Ashley, and one aunt, Beverly Bray.

He is survived by his mother, Stephanie Lynn Buddie of Cedar Grove, his father, Timothy Duke Moore, of Cedar Grove, one sister, BreeAnne Buddie of Cedar Grove, three brothers, Timothy Moore of Louisianna, Christopher Cutts (wife Kelly Seymour) of Halls, and William Duke Moore of Cedar Grove. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
