Mrs. Joyce Carolyn McMackin, 79, of Bruceton, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 at the Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Barren Springs Cemetery. Bro. Jerry Lawson will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00PM until 7:00PM and on Saturday from 8:00AM until time of service.
Pallbearers who will serve are Lendell Smothers, Dan Smothers, Greg Sutton, Ronnie Ashby, David McMackin, and Scott McMackin.
Mrs. McMackin was born on May 25, 1936 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Elmer Buford Crutchfield and Sarah Lou (Martin) Crutchfield. She was a retired factory worker of 44 years for the Henry I. Siegel Company and a member of the Barren Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Junior "Harold" McMackin, one son, Brent McMackin, two brothers, C.E. Crutchfield and R.H. Crutchfield.
She is survived by two sons, Kenny Smothers of Hollow Rock and David McMackin of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and one daughter, Shirley Kimberly of Kansasville, Wisconsin.
