Mr. Justin Andrew Burlison, 18, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday January 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Carroll County Memorial Gardens. Bro. Russ Wilkins will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Wednesday 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Burlison was born January 12, 1999 in Madison County, Tennessee. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Huntingdon, Tennessee and a 2017 graduate of Huntingdon High School. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Al Burlison and maternal grandparents, Alva and Helen Jones.

He is survived by his parents, Johnny and Terri Burlison; his grandmother, Louise Burlison; a sister, Julie Burlison; two brothers, Jason Burlison and Trevor Burlison all of Huntingdon. He also leaves nieces and nephews.
