Mrs. Karen Laverne Coffman, 56, of Lavinia, Tennessee passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Ricky Browning, Daniel Browning, Ryan Parks, Chris Coffman, Matthew Coffman, Brandon Coffman. Honorary Pallbearers are Avery Coffman and Caleb Riddle.

Mrs. Coffman was born July 16, 1959 in Key West, Florida to the late Clifford Darrell and Susan Doris (Kruger) Mollyhorn. She worked in the office at the Irby Company.

She is survived by her husband, Joel Lynn Coffman; a daughter, Heather Coffman both of Lavinia; two sons, Jeremy Gillam of McKenzie, Matthew Darrell Coffman of Cedar Grove; one step son, Brandon Coffman of Cedar Grove; two sisters, Deborah Browning (Rick) of Trezvant, Holly Parks of McKenzie; one brother, Allan Mollyhorn (Shirley Yuvonne) of Arizona. She also leaves one grandson, Grabriel James Coffman.
