Mr. Kemp D. Lindsey, 76, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be directed to: Parkers Crossroads Honor Guard

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday, May 8, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 11:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Lindsey was born August 1, 1949 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late Gordan and LaRue (Rickman) Lindsey, who survives. He was an Army Veteran of Vietnam War, a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church.  Besides his father, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Janis Marie Lindsey and daughter-in-law Claudine Lindsey.

He is survived by his mother, LaRue Lindsey of Yuma, one daughter, Amanda Corley (Keith) of Brunswick, Georgia, two sons, Brent Lindsey (Kristin) of Hollow Rock, Eric Lindsey of Huntingdon, a brother, Roger Lindsey (Pam), a sister, Penny Cary (Jeff). He also leaves five grandchildren, Ethan Lindsey, Chloe Lindsey, Jackson Corley, Caleb Corley, Abigail Corley.
