Mr. Larry William Bendel 67 of Bruceton, Tennessee passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Jamison Cemetery. Bro. Lynn Stapleton will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Tuesday from 8:00AM until time of service.

Mr. Bendel was born December 5, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Wilbur and Edna (Peterson) Bendel. He had worked for the Tennessee Department of Transportation and a member of the Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Patsy Gemein, Edith Norman; four brothers, Butch Bendel, George Bendel, Jimmy Bendel, and Lawrence Bendel.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Deborah (Williams) Bendel of Bruceton; three daughters, Carisa Bendel of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Carolyn Bendel of Chicago, Illinios, and Pam Kelley of Camden; one son, Larry G. Bendel (wife Pamela) of Crystal Lake, Illinois; four sisters, Joanie LaSpina, Esther Bendel, Carmen Nowicki, and Margie Haschak all of the Chicago area; one sister in law, Joan Bendel. He also leaves seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
