Mr. Larry Gene Cary, 69 of Westport, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Given the current conditions and the concern for the health and well-being of others, the family request that mask be worn and social distance practiced.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends in the Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 until time of service.

Mr. Cary was born March 22, 1952 in Peoria, Illinois.  He was self-employed as laborer and was known as a jack of all trades.  If you knew Larry you know he was a very loving and caring individual.  In his spare-time he loved spending time with his family and especially his two grandchildren, who was very dear to his heart.

He is survived by his wife, of thirty-seven years, Peggy Crawford, one daughter, Amanda M. McCracken (John) of Camden, his parents, Gene and Sue Cary of Yuma, two brothers, Kenny Harris (Donna) of Washington, Illinois and Ricky Cary of Yuma.  He also leaves two grandchildren, John Micheal McCracken, Aryanna Tenille McCracken, two nephews, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
