Mrs. Lisa Lynn Haywood 46, of Clarksburg, Tennessee passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Jamison Cemetery. Bro. Lynn Stapleton will officiate the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Lane Simpson, Shane Simpson, Bruce Herrin, Kim Barker, Hunter Brown and Ronald Haywood.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Haywood was born January 29, 1967 in Huntingdon, Tennessee. She was a LPN for Baptist Memorial Hospital and a member of the Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her father, Jerry Thomas Simpson; step mother, Jennie Simpson and step father, Thomas Brown.

She is survived by mother, Brenda Brown; one daughter, Madison Haywood; two sons, Justin Haywood and Joshua Haywood; her partner, Aaron Baker all of Huntingdon; one sister, April Simpson of Antioch and four brothers, Lane Simpson of Palm Harbor, Florida, Shane Simpson of Antioch, Bruce Herrin of Mansfield and Kevin Brown of Jackson.
