Mrs. Lorine Williams ,88, of Bruceton, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday August 26, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in McAuley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Jacob Williams, Jeremy Hartney, Charles Warren, Aden Hardin, Steven Williams, and Dalyn Ballard.

Mrs. Williams was born on September 15, 1935, in Westport, to the late Claude Lee and Sally Hicks Ellis. She worked as a laborer for Turtle Wax, and she loved to quilt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Williams, and twelve brothers and sisters.

She is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Hartney (Michael) of Orland Hills, Illinois, Cynthia Petraski (Tony Welter) of Romeoville, Illinois, Barbara Young (Donald Parker) of Camden, a son, Steven Williams (Julia) of Hobart, Indiana. She also leaves eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
