Obituary

Mrs. Louise White Horn, 84, of Westport, Tennessee passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Lifecare Center in Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Jamison Cemetery,

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until time of the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Brett Hampton, Brad Hampton, Blake Courtney, Matt Lange, Brad Smith, and Bobby Smith.

Louise was born March 16, 1937 to the late Edd and Ludie (Spain) Carnell.  She was preceded in death by her first husband of 44 years, Billy Ray White, and her second husband Tom Horn.

She retired at age 55 after 33 years of service with the USDA Farm Service Agency as a Program Technician. She enjoyed her job working with the area farmers and had fond memories of the farmers she helped. She was a longtime and faithful member of the Westport Church of Christ until her health declined.

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Tommy) Tippitt of Huntingdon, Linda (Brian) Hampton of Westport, one brother Billy (Dorothy) Carnell of Huntingdon. She also leaves four grandchildren, Blake (Jill) Courtney, Ashton (Matt) Lange, Brett (Emily) Hampton, and Brad (Amy) Hampton. Seven great grandchildren, Colton King, Tucker Courtney, Hudson Courtney, Jaxon Courtney, Grace Lange, Mattie Wes Lange, and Merritt Louise Hampton.
