Mrs. Louise Kennon Rhodes 92, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Memorial services will be conducted on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Bro. Wayne Holmes and Pastor Mark Carrigan will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends on Monday in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Rhodes was born March 19, 1921 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late J.T. and Ella Mae (Foster) Kennon. She and her husband were former owners of Rhodes Laundry; she was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church in Huntingdon, the Carroll County and Home Demonstrating Club, the Eastern Star and a volunteer at the local hospital. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Stewart Rhodes and one son, Charles Rhodes.

She is survived by one son, David Rhodes (wife Ruth) of Huntingdon, one brother, Joe Kennon of Cleveland, Mississippi. She also leaves four grandchildren, two step- grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren and two nieces.
