Mr. Lynnwood Fields, 89 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Jacob Harris officiating.  Interment will follow in Jones Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM until time of services.

Pallbearers who will serve are Seth Fields, Blane Fields, Dillon Crowe, Joseph Morrissett, Jeff Moody, and Anthony Rogers.  Honorary pallbearer will be Bobby Kirby.

Mr. Fields was born September 10, 1934 in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late Charles Robert and Kate Grundy (Morgan) Fields.  He retired from Norandal USA in Huntingdon, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Huntingdon.  Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Katie Fields, two brothers, R. C. Fields, and Thomas Fields.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Marilyn Fields, a son, Jason Fields (Lisa), a step daughter, Michelle Rogers (Anthony), all of Huntingdon and a niece, Shelby Pruitt.  He also leaves five grandchildren, Morgan Morrissett (Joseph), Seth Fields (Julie), Blane Fields, Dillon Crowe (Jessie), Ashlyn Smith, and six great grandchildren.
