Mrs. Martha Vonelle White Allen, 100, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Tim Coleman will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are James Butler, Michael Butler, Joel Allen, Larry Allen, Hector Ortiz, David Bond, John David Bond, Barney Wyatt, and Randy Allen.

Mrs. Allen, daughter of the late James J. and Judy King White, was born March 23, 1917, in the Westport area. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Albert Leonard Allen. They were married August 6, 1932 and he died January 25, 1987. Two sons, Jerry Allen of Gracemont, OK, Charles Allen of Huntingdon; one brother, James White; four sisters; Pressley Thomas, Clarice Rush, Lila Jones, and Gwendolyn Pritchett. She was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church in McKenzie.

She is survived by one daughter, Betty Butler (the late Bernard) of Buena Vista; one son, Jackie Allen (Karen) of McKenzie. She also leaves thirteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, twenty- eight great great grandchildren, and one great great great grandchild.
