Ms. Martha Frances Hickman 99, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the charity of your choice. They also ask that no food be brought but make a donation to a local food pantry or food service organization of your choice.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Carroll Memorial Gardens. Rev. Alex Hilliard and Bro. John Coleman will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Thursday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Ms. Hickman was born July 27, 1915 in Cadiz, Kentucky to the late Willie David and Lina (Jones) Parrent. She was a homemaker, a member of the Eastview Baptist Church, a Pink Lady at the hospital for many years, and a former member of the Farm Bureau Auxiliary Club. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hartle H. Hickman.

She is survived by one daughter, Mary Louise Payne (husband Joel) of Jackson; one son, John R. Hickman (wife Elaine) of Huntingdon; one sister, Beverly "Billie" Jackson of Philadelphia, Mississippi; one brother, Donnie Parrent (wife Barbara)of Dawson Springs, Kentucky. She also leaves six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
