Mrs. Martha Rose Roser, 84, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Liberty Cemetery. Bro. Tim Maness will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in Oakwood Room on Tuesday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday 8:00 AM until time of service.
Mrs. Roser was born September 11, 1931 in Ardmore, Alabama to the late Ollie T. and Emma Mae Hill. She was a retired production worker for Kimberly-Clark Co. and was a member New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Roser; a daughter, Jackie Kitchen; a grandson, Richard "Andy" Williamson, and one brother, George Everett Hill.
She is survived by one daughter, Evelyn Williamson (husband Steve) of Huntingdon; one son, Thomas Roser (Cathy) of Memphis. She also leaves five grandchildren, Melissia Mayfield (Jay) of Arlington, Heather Williamson Jordan (John) of Columbus, MS Marcella Williamson Carder (Daniel) of Piney Flatts, Mike Roser (Audrey) of Memphis and Eugene Roser of Murfreesboro, ten great grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Chris, Caleb, Kevin, Jessica, Megan, Chloe, Gracyn, and Quinn, and many friends, including the rook and bingo players at the Senior Citizen Center.
