Mrs. Mary Lee Sutton, 69 of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at the N H C Health Care in Milan, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Rev. Mike Ridgely will officiate the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are her grandsons, Ben Boyd, A. J. Maxwell, Hunter Pruitt, Tyler Haley, Drew McAlexander, and Ryan McAlexander.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Sutton was born November 14, 1946 in the Terry Community to the late Lennie G. and Mildred G. (Carter) Sutton. She was a member of Carter's Chapel United Methodist Church, retired cook for McKenzie Health Care, loved to do puzzles and crosswords. She was also preceded in death by one son, Jeffery Lee McAlexander and one brother, Billy Wayne Sutton.

She is survived by two daughters, Tracy Steadman of Martin, Nancy Pruitt (husband Bill) of Cedar Grove, one son, Bobby McAlexander of Trezevant, two sisters, Gwendolyn Blackburn of Gadsden, Jacquetta Greer of Huntingdon, one sister-in-law, Betty Sutton of Jackson, and one brother, Gwyn Sutton (sister Harriett) of Memphis. She also leaves six grandchildren, Lydia Boyd, A. J. Maxwell, Emily Haley, Hunter Pruitt, Drew McAlexander, Ryan McAlexander, and five great-grandchildren.
