Mrs. Maudie Lounete Parish 87 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the Baptist Hospital in Huntingdon.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow in Lewis Cemetery in Wildersville.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 P.M. noon, until time of service.

Mrs. Parish was born October 6, 1934, in Wildersville, Tennessee, to the late Ellie G. and Lula Mae (Fesmire) Lewis. She was a member of Twin Oaks Church of Christ, the owner of Huntingdon Vacuum, and also worked at Publix Shirt Factory, where she retired after 24 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Parish, six brothers and five sisters.

She is survived by two daughters, Tina Shands (Roger) of Huntingdon, Rita Matheny (Mike) of Brownsville, a son, Steve Parish (Judy) of Huntingdon, a sister, Virginia Mae Maness of Wildersville, six grandchildren, Madeline Matheny, Miles Matheny, Adam Parish, Ryan Parish, Adyson Shands, Sadie Shands, and two great-grandchildren, Austin Ivy Parish, and Tate Bennett Parish.
