Mr. Milburn Ray Allen, 79 of Bruceton, Tennessee, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 at his daughters home.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Bro Philip Halter will officiate the service. A private burial will follow in Mt. Comfort Cemetery. The family request for those in attendance to please wear a mask.

Mr. Allen was born February 20, 1941 in Westport, Tennessee, to the late Carlie and Magnolia (Simmons) Allen.  He was a line operator for LeRoy Somer.  He was also preceded in death by one son, Robert Smith, one sister, Linda Lorrell Abbott.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Patricia A. Allen, one son, Steve Allen (Renee) of Jackson, four daughters, Shannon Dick (Danny) of Lexington, Amy Mangium (Roney) of Jackson, Debra Lamar ( Michael) of Huntingdon and Anita Todd of Jackson, two brothers, Malcolm Allen (Anna) of Westport, Melvin Allen (Ramona) of Lavinia, two sisters, Velda Tegethoff (Terry) of Christmasville, and Minnie Sue House (Bruce) of Cedar Grove.  He also leaves twelve grandchildren, Dustin Allen, Joseph Johnson, Destiny Johnson, Samantha Dunn, Baylee Burton, Nicholas Tegethoff, Brianna Nowell, Alexandria Latch, Melissa Duke, Olivia Lamar, Wesley Lamar and Seth Lamar, ten great-grandchildren, Kaliah Maxwell, Cody Allen, Maggiejane Allen, Gilbert Allen, Annabella Allen, Audrey Tegethoff, and Rowyn Nowell, Ella Duke, Brantley Latch and Cooper Latch.
