Mrs. Mildred Collins, 88, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017, at Brookedale Senior Living in Lexington, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Twin Oaks Community Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 12:00 PM until time of service.

Mrs. Collins was born May 27, 1929 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late William Joseph and Fronia Mae (Rainey) Meals. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Twin Oaks Church of Christ. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Percy Collins; a sister, Rachel Pentecost, and a brother, Charlie Meals.

She is survived by a daughter, Deana Seimo (Mike) of Huntingdon; four sons, David Collins (Rebecca) of Lexington, Kentucky, Danny Collins of Columbia, South Carolina, Terry Collins (Jan) of Gastonia, North Carolina, and Phillip Collins (Judy) of Brentwood. She also leaves eight grandchildren, Jonathan Collins, Jared Collins, Megan Burton, Carolyn Chandler, Jenilee Daniels, Sarah Chandler, Casey Collins, Hannah Collins; eleven great grandchildren, Caleb, Ava, and John Chandler, Ethan and Levi Daniels, Antigone and J.J. Collins, Madie and Bryly Collins, and Trent and Korrigan Burton.
