Mrs. Hettie Mildred Stacy 82, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee formerly of Huntingdon passed away Tuesday, October 02, 2012 at the Quality Care Health Center in Lebanon.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday October 4, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of
Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Humbles Cemetery. Bro. Alex Hilliard will officiate the service.

Pallbeaers who will serve are R.C. Wilson, Greg Weddle, Phillip Weathers, Tommy Moorehead, Jimmy Hipkins and Ricky Umstead.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:30 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Stacy was born November 26, 1929 in Finger, Tennessee. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; Fred and Stella Mae Williams, grandparents; David and Sarah Margaret Williams and birth mother; Minnie Erabell Burkeens.

She is survived by her husband; Ralph Stacy of Mt. Juliet, two daughters; Sharan Stacy of Madison, Linda Hipkins of Panama City, Florida, one son; Barry Stacy of Mt. Juliet, one sister; Elaine Moore (Coy) and one brother; Dean Williams both of Huntingdon. She also leaves two grandchildren; Michelle Duncan, Jimmy Hipkins, two great grandchildren; Blake Duncan, McKenzie Duncan, nieces; Dr. Amanda Reiter, Lori Moore and sister-in-laaw;Evelyn Turner.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
