Obituary

Mrs. Mollie Bell Rumley, 78 of Bruceton, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Larry DePriest and Bro. Donald Ricketts officiating.  Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Jonathan Blankenship, Zachary Blankenship, Caleb Blankenship, Shane DePriest, Chancy DePriest, Tysen DePriest and Thomas Williams.

Mrs. Rumley was born December 30, 1942 in Huntingdon to the late Amos Williams and Audrey (Chandler) Williams. She was a retired production worker for the H. I. S. Company and a member of the First Pentecostal Church. Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Dwayne Rumley, one son, Jason Depriest, one daughter, Dana Depriest, two brothers, Patrick Williams, Dewey Williams, and one sister, Pansy J. Pace.

She is survived by one daughter, Regina Blankenship (Randy) of Huntingdon, one son, Norris DePriest (Shan) of Trezevant, two step children, Eddie Rumley (Kim) of Huntingdon, Penny McGlasson (Jack) of Mt. Juliet, four sisters, Peggy Park (Wadell), Pattie Allen (Larry), both of Bruceton, Polly Melton (Billy), Patsy Hill, both of Huntingdon, three brothers, Amos Williams, Jr. (Delores) of Canfield, Ohio, Daniel Williams (Joyce) and Dwight Williams (Martha), both of Huntingdon. She also leaves eight grandchildren, Jonathan Blankenship, Zachary Blankenship, Caleb Blankenship (Sheelah), Ansley Blankenship, Shane Depriest, Chancy Depriest, Autumn Powell, Tysen DePriest, seven step grandchildren, Bethany Scanlon, Christa Rumley, Benjamin Parker, Brooke DePriest, Tanner Coleman, Sara McGlasson, Austin McGlasson, ten great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
