Mrs. Herma Morine Cary, 87, of Bruceton, Tennessee passed away Monday, November 2, 2020 at Lifecare Center of Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. George Avery officiating.  Interment will follow in New Prospect Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Cary was born August 18, 1933 in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late Herman and Lila Mai (Norden) Butler.  She was a homemaker and a member of Humbles Missionary Baptist Church.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Wayne Cary, one sister, Brenda Butler Johnson and one brother, Gerald Ray Butler.

She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Sabo (Phillip) of Oak Lawn, Illinois, Melissa Masterson (Conrad) of Burbank, Illinois, Kim Ostrander (Michael) of Westmont, Illinois, two sons, Larry Cary (Lynn) of Plainfield, Illinois, Kenneth Cary of Worth, Illinois, one sister, Shirley McDaniel of Paris, and one brother, E. H. Butler (Glenda Mae) of Huntingdon.  She also leaves nine grandchildren, Kevin Sabo, Janine Cary, Laura Taylor, Jason Sabo, Amy Obrien, Kelli Bautista, Brian Masterson, Matthew Morgan, Michael Ostrander, and nine great-grandchildren, Maura, Haley, Finley, Mia, Madison, Alex, Carter, Cole, and Scarlett.
