Mr. Oneal "Buck" Mitchell, 84 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Latham McLain and Sis. Billie Allen officiating.  Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Benton County, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Due to the current pandemic conditions and the family's concern for the health and well-being of others, the family has requested that those in attendance, at the visitation and funeral service, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Mr. Mitchell was born September 9, 1936 in Camden, Tennessee, to the late Marvin Mitchell and Flora Robin (Lowery) Mitchell.  He was retired from Miles Lavatory Company where he was a Forklift Operator, a member of Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, and attended Faith in Christ Church.  He was also preceded in death by one son, David Neal Mitchell, one brother, Arville Mitchell, and two sisters, Nita Allen and Ruby Hintz.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Allen Mitchell, one daughter, Linda Renker (Gary) of Bridgeview, Illinois, two sons, Marvin Mitchell of Bridgeview, Illinois, Johnny Mitchell (Ann) of Indiana, step-son, Paul Hollingsworth of Huntingdon, four sisters, Kathy Cashion (Steve) of New Johnsonville, Rita Williams of Buena Vista, Gladys Sanders of Camden, and Flo Hargrove (Pete) of Buena Vista.  He also leaves several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
