Mrs. Patsy Lynn Haywood, 60, of Clarksburg, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Clarksburg Cemetery. Bro. John D. Small will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday after 5:00 PM and on Friday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Clint Cary, Tommy Breeden, Lee Woods, Adam Woods, Blake Coffman, and Jerry Haywood. Honorary Pallbearer who will serve is Gary Renfroe.

She was born February 17, 1956 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to the late Gaston and Evelyn (Webb) Williams. She worked as a Clerk at the Clarksburg Kwik Mart, a member of the Wildersville Baptist Church and had served as Alder Woman for the City of Clarksburg. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Randy Glenn Williams

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Paul Haywood; two sons, Marty Haywood (Sandy) of Milan and Josh Haywood of Mammoth Lakes, California. She also leaves two grandsons, Hunter Haywood and Dalton Haywood.
