Mrs. Patsy Marie Jowers, 75, formerly of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Ohio.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.

Our beloved family matriarch and retired West Carroll High School English teacher, Patsy Marie Jowers, passed away unexpectedly on January 26, 2021 at the age of 75.
Her pride has always been in her family, school and students with whom she shared her passion for learning by helping thousands of children over a span of 35 years. In 2000 she was the recipient of Teacher of the Year Award in Atwood, Tennessee to which she was deeply humbled.

The simplest pleasures of life gave her great joy and she had an uncanny ability to find happiness in everything she did. Especially when it came to her gardening and showing off her Pomeranians, Penny and Dutchess. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met.

Patsy was born in Huntingdon, TN to her parents, Patterson Malcolm & Elliese (Brewer) Cox. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her sister, Melba Douglas, brother-in-law, Lindell Douglas, and her first husband, Dan Ault.

She is survived by her son, Daniel Lee Ault, Jr., daughter-in law, Ruby Ault, 4 grandchildren, Megan Nicole Hollowell, Damon Lee Ault, Easter Indica Mugrage, and David Gram Mugrage-Amador. 4 great grandchildren, Braylen, Braxton, Jordan and Micah, 3 nieces, 2 grandnieces, great grandnieces, great grandnephews and cousins.

We should continue to honor her legacy and live our lives to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by all; those who were lucky enough to have met and known her and those blessed to have loved and been loved by her.
