Mr. Paul Thomas Flippin, 89, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.  Bro. Jacob Harris and Bro. James Humphreys will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Sunday from 1:00 PM until time of service.

Mr. Flippin was born December 23, 1929 in Asbury, North Carolina, to the late Robert Lossie Flippin and Jettie (Hudley) Flippin.  He was retired from Norandal as a supervisor, a member of the First Baptist Church in Huntingdon, and served in the Air Force after World War II.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Flippin, one granddaughter, Rachel Nichole Page, and nine siblings.

He is survived by four sons, Chris Flippin (Amy) of Henderson, Greg Flippin (Karen) of Medina, Terry Flippin (Debi) of North Carolina, and Jeff Flippin (Amy) of Church Hill and one step-daughter, Niki Page (John) of Huntingdon.  He also leaves ten grandchildren, Bethany, Nathan, Brittany, Nicholas, Zack, Samuel, Caleb, Samantha, Ava, and Vivian, and eight great-grandchildren.
