Mr. Paul Wade, 44, of Medina, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the Tennova Healthcare Regional in Jackson.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Little Grove Cemetery. Minister Bobby Dunlap will officiate the service.

Mr. Wade was born October 23, 1971 in Gibson County to Leonard and Bernice Wade. He was a Product Line Manager for Blount, Inc.

He is survived by his wife, Tracy Lynn Carter-Wade, two daughters, Asia Monique Wade and Alicia Monette Wade all of Medina; his brothers and sisters, Sylvia Branick of Smyrna, Michael Wade (Tonya) of Morehead, NC, Thomas Wade (Pam) of Humboldt, Loretta Brown (Charles) of Milan, Lisa Joyner of Atwood, David Wade (Alicia) of Jackson, Tyrone Wedley of Miami, FL, Ray Wade if Milan, and Valerie Wingo (Chris) of Trezvant, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
