Mrs. Pauline Mathes, 90, of Westport, Tennessee passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at the Huntingdon Health and Rehab Center.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Bro. Matthew Floyd will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday after 5:00 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Junior Harris, Jason Harris, Gary Harris, Issah Donald, Hayden Hicks, and Malik Mathes.

Mrs. Mathes was born August 23, 1926 in Holladay to the late Willis and Lou Ada (Hatley) Earp. She was a homemaker and a member of the Natchez Trace Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lois Mathes; twin infant sons, Johnny and Jack Mathes; great grandson, Peyton Fowler; two sisters and one brother.

She is survived by four daughters; Linda Griggs (Edward) of Camden, Judy Harris (Robert) of Hollow Rock, Sandra Kay Mathes (Bill) of Camden, and Lisa Fowler (Kenneth) of Buena Vista; one son, Roy Russell Mathes of Paris. She also leaves eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
