Mr.  R. C. Wilson, 84, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery.  Bro. Lynn Stapleton will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday at Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Wilson was born September 7, 1935 in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late Charlie O. Wilson and Cola Mae (Dickerson) Wilson.  He was self-employed as an automotive dealer, a member of Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church and Huntingdon Masonic Lodge #106.  He was also preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Patricia Ann Wilson.

He is survived by one daughter, Angie Hope Horn; one son, Charles Rickey Wilson (Sandra) all of Huntingdon, two sisters, Freeda Sanford Mauro (Tony) of Nashville, and Carolyn Wilks of Huntingdon. He also leaves three grandchildren, Clint Wilson (wife Angela), Katy Bibee (husband Hal), Nicholas Horn (wife, Emelyn); five great grandchildren, Ransom, Weston, Ella Blaire, Haynes and Chandler.
