Mr. Robert Lawton Brown, 56 of Hollow Rock, Tennessee, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. James Ellington officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Thursday from 12:00 noon until time of service.

Mr. Brown was born July 27, 1967 in Park Ridge, Illinois to the late Bobby and Carolyn (Ford) Brown.  He worked at Volunteer International as a service manager and was a member of New Hope Methodist Church.  His hobbies included hunting, fishing, listening to classic rock music and spending time with friends and family.  Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, William Robert Brown.

His is survived by his wife of 31 years, Vicki Brown, one son, Dylan Brown, his mother-in-law, Reba Foster, all of Hollow Rock.  He also leaves a special nephew and niece, Colten (Meagan) Wimberley and Jesse (Steven) Wimberley, his best friend, Darrin Carey, several aunts and uncles.
