Mr. Ronald Neil Gooch, 77 of Westport, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Life Care Center in Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday after 2:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Gooch was born July 18, 1937 in Yuma, Tennessee to the late Leonard and Nelle (Woods) Gooch. He retired from Norandal after 33 years, was a member of the Westport Church of Christ, a lifetime member of the NRA. He also served in the United States Air Force. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Beverly Gooch.

He is survived by one daughter, Debbie Breeden (husband Ronnie) of Yuma; one son, Mike Gooch of Beach, North Dakota; two sisters, Mona Ballard, Sybil Webb (husband Joe) both of Westport; one brother, Jerry Dale Gooch of Yuma. He also leaves five grandchildren, Joe Breeden (wife Carrie), Tommy Breeden (wife Jennifer), Lauren Gooch, Wyatt Gooch, and Audrey Gooch; one great grandson, Colton Breeden, and a host of nieces and nephews.
